Hi - I was at an event tonight with a flaky HDMI connection to my laptop. Whenever it lost connection, the projected output would cover my laptop screen, despite Display If A Single Screen being off. If the projector operator then clicked on the screen instead of pressing the Esc key, the software would hang. I'm using 3.1.0.

Steps to reproduce:

Plug a laptop into any HDMI output, and open OpenLP
Ensure that in Screens settings: there are 2 screens, Screen 1 is not used for display, Screen 2 is used for display, Display If A Single Screen is off
Go live with some lyrics, and check these are projected on screen 2 as expected
Now disconnect the HDMI lead from your laptop.

Expected result: Screen 1 is now used for display, but because Display If A Single Screen is off, the laptop shows the OpenLP window.

Actual result: Screen 1 is now used for display, but the laptop shows the projected lyrics. If you now press the Esc key, the "screen setup has changed" dialog shows briefly and then closes to show the OpenLP window, and all is fine. But if instead you click on the projected lyrics, you get a spinning mouse and eventually it will say "OpenLP is not responding".

I'd like to see two fixes (do correct me if my understanding is wrong!):

If Display If Single Screen is off, a single screen should never be used to display the projected output. Maybe if there is a single screen and DIsplay If Single Screen is off, the "screen setup has changed" dialog should just never show (as there's nothing for the user to check) - quite possibly that would prevent the behaviour above.
Please may I request a setting to disable the "screen setup has changed" dialog. I personally find that it is more obtrusive than helpful.
