does this mean I can install ?

I am trying to Re-install OpenLP but now I'm getting this message during installation. I think somewhere in my settings there is a problem. But I dont know how to fix.

Error writing to file: C:\Program Files
(x86)\OpenLP\OpenLP.exe. Verify that you have
access to that directory.
