Live pane not showing

Recently, when we start OpenLP the "Live" pane is missing and is unticked in the "View" tab. When we check it in the "View" tab it returns but it disappears again when we close and restart the program - regardlerss of whether or not "Lock view" is selected.

I've not seen this behaviour on Windows 10 or 11, what version of OpenLP and OS are you using?

PaulRowell Thanks for getting involved. It's Windows 11, I'll have to check at church which version of OpenLP but the laptop was new in June 2024 so it will probably be whatever version was current then.

It was 2.4 which I realise is quite old. However I have resolved the issue. In the "View" tab, in the "Mode" menu someone had changed from "Default" to "Setup". Setup only shows the preview pane presumably for setting up a service, and there is also a "live" option for running the service. I am not sure why you wouldn't just want live and preview available at all times, particularly when your worship leaders add unexpected songs during the service !
