Do I need permission for full NKJV osis file for church service/live stream?

Hello. I would like to ask if do I need to request permission to download or create osis file for full NKJV bible for church service or live stream?

The link below shows the publisher's restrictions. My interpretation is that as long as the copyright information is included then projecting the reading etc. is covered.

The grey area is when you come to download the whole bible from somewhere.

We recently changed to just using the web download option, which obviously only works if you have an internet connection. OpenLP doesn't seem to retain the capitalisation of LORD which is a shame.

PaulRowell Hello. Thanks for the reply. Can you explain the web download option? How is it done? Do you just copy and paste the verses?

Do I need to include the copyright notice when displaying verses or is putting "NKJV" before and after the verse enough? Is this also the same when posting NKJV verse for social media?

The option to import bibles from services like Bible Gateway etc. is built in to OpenLP.
Step 1: Click File -> Import -> Bible: This starts the Bible Import Wizard
Step2: Click Next and then choose Web Download, Click on the Download bible list button and then choose Location. We use BibleGateway. Now choose the bible to be imported.

Step 3: Click Next and then enter the copyright details:

Step 4: Click Next and enter language:

Step 5: Click OK and then Finish. Note the warning about verses being downloaded on demand etc.
