Hi,
I just upgraded to version 3.1.3, hoping that the bug I've been experiencing since 2022 would be fixed. Unfortunately, it still persists.
I've already posted the steps to reproduce the bug here, so I won’t repost them here, but I will provide some additional information and log files.
I'm running a German version of Windows 10 Pro (10.0.19045) and PowerPoint 2016 Mondo.
Lines in Log 1:
1–679: OpenLP Startup (PowerPoint presentations still loaded from the previous session)
680–719: Move first presentation to preview [Step 2 from the link]
720–2286: Move first presentation from preview to live [Step 3 from the link]
2287–2807: Move second presentation to preview (the live presentation disappears, and I see the desktop) [Step 4 from the link]
2808–5532: Click slide in live presentation [Step 5 from the link]
5534–6907: Move second presentation from preview to live [Step 6 from the link]
6908–7154: Move first presentation to preview [Step 7 from the link]
I also noticed something else in the log that doesn't seem to impact the user experience but looks incorrect. If I open OpenLP, move a presentation to preview, then live, and close PowerPoint without moving to another slide, the log file ends with a critical error. See Log 2 for details.
