sandraSC Strange one. So set on extend connects to laptop so you can see taskbar on screen. Click on open lp it starts to respond then freezes with icon on laptop nothing on screen. Press esc it opens on laptop but not screen
PaulRowell That sounds like OpenLP is in single screen mode, go to the screen settings and adjust for two screens.
sandraSC Yes I agree that’s what it seems like but if you go to settings and screens it’s showing 2 screens when connected.
PaulRowell sandraSC Yes, OpenLP will see the two screens connected and if you adjust the settings AND save them OpenLP should start next time in the correct manner. The important thing is to save the settings.
sandraSC It seems to be fixed but did it by disconnecting hdmi lead when open lp running and plugging back in. I don’t understand it as it did same with 2 different laptops. Just hope with all the Christmas services it’s going to behave now
PaulRowell Glad it is working for you, now that it is working always try to ensure that the screen are connected before starting OpenLP and then close OpenLP before removing your HDMI connections.
