We use Windows at our church as it is more familiar with the AV team. I suspect, but don't know for certain, that Windows will be the most common OS used for OpenLP. Linux would probably be the second most popular followed by Mac.
The remote for OpenLP runs on a browser so you can use anything that has a modern browser to run the remote but you still need one of the above OS to run the main application.
