OpenLP on Linux Ubuntu (24.04 LTS) does now work under the graphic server Wayland, which is the default. A for now, It is not too problematic, because one can choose Xorg instead on sign-in to the session. But Ubuntu (and other distributions) have now dropped Wayland support, so I hope the next version of OpenLP will work with wayland and be ready on time for the next LTS upgrade (Ubuntu 26.04 should be delivered in April 2025 and proposed to all LTS users around July).
I tested login to Wayland, set the environement variable as explained and launch OpenLP, with no success (it is opening but remains unusable)
