I have been going back and forth with monitor problems. I saw the posts about the DPI settings and thought that was the cure, until yesterday. The DPI setting cared for the problem with one configuration, but then I was in another setting.
I tried to use my office laptop which has an AMD onboard GPU and a Nvidia GPU. The AMD runs the laptop screen and the video output on the USB C. The Nvidia tuns the DP and HDMI.
In the sanctuary, I connected the large screen TV to the DP and set it as the secondary screen with extended monitors. Windows worked fine. But, OpenLP could not find the TV and would identify both primary and secondary as the laptop screen. (yes, both screens in OpenLP pointed to one monitor.) I could find no work around, until I set windows to use the TV as the primary screen. Then I could make a work around to use it for OpenLP presentation and run the program controls on the secondary screen, which was now my laptop.
There remains some issue with how OpenlP gets display information from Windows 11 then connects to them.
Again, I really like OpenLP and have used it for over a decade, but this screen issue is a challenge to work through.
