Can't get the opening pic off the main monitor

I bought a new computer for the church.
I used OpenLP with the old church computer using the monitor and the big screen TV as the 2nd monitor.
Now with the new computer, I can't get the opening picture off the main monitor so that I can see the setup. It won't show up on the 2nd monitor either. All I have on the main monitor is the white screen with the logo.
Help. I have to have this setup for Sunday Worship!

It sounds like you are in single monitor mode. Try pressing the escape key a couple of times, if that doesn't work try clicking on the splash screen and then pressing D.

You need to makes sure your computer is set up to work in extend screen mode rather than duplicate screens. Then you need to go in to the Setup for screens and choose the correct screen to use as a display etc
