Bible verses duplicated 3.1.5 on Mac

The Bible was working fine until Sunday. If I choose, for example, Genesis 1:1-3 the display shows 1 1 2 2 3 3.

I checked and Display second Bible verse is unchecked. I followed some troubleshooting I saw and rebuilt the Data and Config. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It’s like something has the second verse option permanently set to true and I can’t undo it.

Actually it seems none of the settings are working. I have it set to Continuous but I get one verse at a time (duplicated).

It took a while because I don’t have a Mac it’s at the building. I tried rerunning the first time wizard. Did not work. I went to ~/Library/Preferences and deleted org.openlp.OpeLP.plist. Reopened OpenLP and it rebuilt the file. No more duplicate verses.

The file did not seem to be corrupt but it was not saving preferences and kept loading the defaults. It had rw permissions. Not sure why it was happening but if anyone else using Mac is having configuration issues maybe try this as a last resort.
