Images Tab gone, crash report when toggle plugin back Active

Hello! I just noticed I don't have an 'Images' tab in the library any more. So weird. Songs, Bibles, Presentations, Media, Custom Slides - all good. In Plugins it's listed as Active. It allows me to toggle it Inactive but then as soon as I click/toggle it 'Active' again I get the 'Oops...' bug report page.

I'd be tempted to change the permissions on the file pointed to in the crash report. If this works then there's a bug, as a file permission shouldn't cause a crash but should be handled gracefully.

PaulRowell Wow thanks for replying! I don't know how to read or interpret error reports! Which file do you mean?

PaulRowell You're a legend, Paul, thanks... it was just a file permission error to do with sharing the laptop we do service prep on.

Glad you found the file, for anyone else that might come across this post, the file that I was referring to was in the last line of the crash report:

PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'C:\Users\Gateway Parish\Desktop\kids spot\Get Ready-01.jpg'
