No PDF functionality on Windows

I've just installed OpenLP 3.1.6 on Windows and I can't access PDFs. It says 'PDF (unavailable)' in the Settings. What can I try to fix this?

I too encountered the same problem today. I installed OpenLP Portable version 3.1.6 on Windows 11 and could not import PDF presentations. For what it is worth, I noticed that under the '\OpenLPPortable\App\OpenLP\_internal' folder the 'pymupdf' folder is missing (it is present under a 3.1.5 installation). Perhaps pymupdf was not included in the package somehow.

I'll try copying that folder from another installation and see what happens.

We have the same problem after updating from 3.1.5 to 3.1.6.
Everything is unavailable except PowerPoint.

I'll take a look. It sounds like the PDF library was not included in the 3.1.6 build.
