We have been using a new computer for the first time in our Sunday service this weekend. It is a clean install of Windows 11 Pro and OpenLP is at version 3.1.3.
The service is broadcast online, and this process involves the use of OBS Studio. The latter is set up with a scene that captures the extended display. We discovered that when OpenLP is displaying a live song on the extended display, this is not being relayed to OBS, but instead, the latter is just showing the desktop background. Other programs requiring projection onto the extended display (e.g. PowerPoint, web browsers) are behaving as expected.
Further investigation after the service showed that if the main display on the OpenLP remote (http://192.168.1.21:4316/main) is opened in a web browser, exactly the same problem occurs (i.e. only the desktop background is shown). This would appear to eliminate the possibility of it being a problem with OBS Studio and indicate more of an issue with OpenLP.
I'm really not sure what to try and wonder if anyone can possibly help.
