OpenLP 3.1.3 "Noble Nahum" Released

A bunch of bugfixes is incoming with the new release of OpenLP "Noble Nahum". Since I only checked the forum but not the blog for weeks, I nearly missed it, but here are the Release Notes!

Enjoy the new version and post if you've been freed by some annoyances by this bugfix release. And a great thanks and bless you to the developers!

Well...I can now open OpenLP by double-clicking in the Finder instead of having to use my command-line workaround! Woohoo!

I just played around a bit with the new version and wrote this, this, this, and this.
All of these are bugs I've noticed in older versions too, or just improvements that make sense to me. They're not specific to this update, but I figured now would be a good time to bring them up.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on them.

Hello everyone! After a long time, I'm trying to get back to the OpenLP updates. I'm still using version 2.4 at my church, but it's getting close to the time to update OpenLP. I'm testing on a separate computer (with Ubuntu 24.04), but via apt get the most recent version is 3.1.0rc4. Is there any estimate of when the latest version will be updated in the Ubuntu repositories?

danielborges93 Is this new release performing well? I know the first releases of 3.x were extremely slow compared to 2.4. We're still using 2.4 as well since most of our testing showed some problems with getting it to work without a lot of waiting.

Did you ever get the transitions in group images added to a service to work?? Im still using 2.9.2 portable to be able to use transitions in a group of slides in a service.
