When I try to look up scripture through a Bible I have imported from Bible Gateway, I get the following error: “There was a problem downloading your verse selection. Please check your internet connection, and if this error continues to occur, please consider reporting a bug.” I am running 3.1.1 on Windows 11.
This is a new problem this week. It has worked flawlessly since I upgraded to 3.1.1.
I have restarted OpenLP, rebooted the computer, and rebooted my ISP router. I can load the scripture using v2.6.x of OpenLP. I did note that my browser ills initially had problems loading BibleGateway.com but then it worked. Is anyone else having this problem? Any workarounds? I really need to get this to work for Easter Weekend services.
It is working for some scripture references, but not for others. Yesterday it could not load Isaiah 53, but today it can. But it won’t for example, find Hebrews 10:16-25 or John 18:1-19:42.
