Settings dialog too wide

Does anyone else have the problem that the settings dialog is broader than the screen?
I cannot get it smaller than about 2175px wide. Is that a bug or a feature? I occurrs on Openlp 3.0.2 AND on OpenLP 3.1.1 (installed via flatpak)

I am using Ubuntu 23.10 with X11; my external screen is big enough to fit the settings dialog, but when I go live, I use the screen of the notebook (1920x1080), and there the [OK] button is off screen.

joe I've seen this occasionally, where the edit boxes and dropdowns push the screen wider than it should be. This is because we use flexible layouts that allow the operating system to size the dialogs according to the font size and other factors.

There should be a way to tell those longer controls to be shorter.

That would be great! One thing seems strange to me: The flexible layout does not let me make the windows smaller than that. The flexibility comes to an end there, it seems.
