Import Thumbnail images instead of pptx

Hello,
I can see the program is generating some thumbnails when opening a pptx file from the service/importing pptx file.
Can we actually have an option where instead of the pptx presentation itself, we get a folder with the thumbnail pictures?
It would significantly lessen the headache with the presentations especially on macs.

You can export a PowerPoint file as images, see for example https://support.office.com/en-us/article/File-formats-for-saving-and-exporting-presentations-in-PowerPoint-2016-for-Mac-a4b76110-697c-496f-b9c5-e318f2bd6eba

After exporting you can import those images in OpenLP.
