I am on Ubuntu 23.10 with x11.
I played a video and it was interrupted by many short white flashes. I was connected to the projector by a "wireless-hdmi-bridge". Connected to the HDMI Ports of notebook and projector with a wireless part in between. I then played the video directly with vlc and it worked fine on the preojector.
At home I reproduced it with my external screen: When the Notebook screen was set as primary screen in Ubuntu, it woked fine, but when the external screen was set in Ubuntu as Primary Screen, the video looked like this!.
