We run openLP v3.0.2. When we had the prior version (2.4.6) we had never used videos. Now recently we have began to try and integrate them into the service. When using openLP, I add an MP4 file to the service. When previewing the video, I get video and audio, when I send the video to live, I only get audio.
Would love to have some kind of step by step on how to fix this if possible, I'm not the most inclined with computers, but Im one of the only people who roughly know what to do with them. I'd tried searching for a topic that answers this, but hadn't found a solution that works.
