On a Win10 22H2, updated to the new 3.1.0rc2 version, now when using a video as a Background, it loads in the upper left corner as a small square and then fills the screen. It does this for every item in the service list. Even when the Video Background is being applied across the whole service list.
This was not happening in 3.0.2, not sure what changed. But no setting will fix it. Doesn't matter the resolution of the monitors.
