You bet. OpenLP runs a web server so you can access the same content as the main screen on a remote device (e.g. tablet). That'll do what you want.
(The only potential problem is, as far as I can tell, the person with the tablet could gain access to the 'remote control' features...i.e. change slides. I don't know if there's a way around this.)
