[UPDATED] Forum Migration (mostly) Complete!

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your patience this weekend as I migrated the forums from our old system (Vanilla) to a new system (Flarum). Almost everything should be working, you should be able to log into your account with the same password you previously used.

Things that are working

All the posts are here
All the avatars (profile pictures) are working
All the users imported correctly
All the categories (now call tags)
Old URLs are redirecting to the new URLs
Uploads are working
Uploaded images are now showing up

Things that are not working yet

Private messaging is missing. This is a feature that I still need to enable and then migrate the data into.

That's all I can think of right now.

Hi Raoul,
Thanks for all the hard work. Are there any plans to add an image (and other file) upload extension? At the moment people who want to add a screenshot (always useful) have to find their own online image repository, which may discourage them. The old forum was just drag and drop.

AndrewArm I just used drag and drop to upload an image, can you tell me what you're seeing that's preventing you from doing so?

AndrewArm I just took a look at the permissions for the upload feature, and it doesn't look like it was set to allow everyone to upload. I've fixed that, hopefully now you should be able to do that?
