I have recently updated OpenLP from v2.? to v3.0.2. Since then I have added one song which I tried to export but was told, "Your song export failed because this error occurred: Invalid argument". When I looked again at the entry in the Song Library, I noticed the Title was split over two lines with the Authors following the second part of the Title on the second line! On investigation, it appears what looked like a space in the Title within the Song Editor was actually a carriage return and/or line feed. It must have been an artefact of copy and paste! It would be useful if invalid characters (at least carriage returns and line feeds) in single line fields like the Title were replaced with a space.
