I installed the new 3.02 Version in 2 computers, both running Windows 11, both up to date, and in both we had used version 2.4.6. Now in one computer OLP works great and in the other I get the above display. I tried everything I could to not avail. Any idea?

Thanks so much

Hello!

OpenLP has some bugs (we're investigating them) concerning the use of HiDPI monitors (monitors which screen scaling is greater than 100%/96DPI). Is your second screen using HiDPI/scaling? (this can be checked on Window's Display Settings/resolution) (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/view-display-settings-in-windows-37f0e05e-98a9-474c-317a-e85422daa8bb; if it's something greater than 100% for one of your sceens, it means you're using HiDPI).

If this is the case, we suggest to disable the scaling on the second screen to see if the problem disappears.

Thank you.

I checked the setting and it is set to 100. The problem remains. I hope someone might have run ito this same problem and the solution. I could not find an option to actuall 'disable' the scaling.

Thanks again.

Sometimes these display issues is caused by graphics driver issues. Please try to upgrade your graphics drivers if newer versions are available.

Yes! I sorted it. Last night just about to give up, I went to Intel and reinstall the graphics driver with the option to uninstall all previous versions. That did the trick. The driver was the latest, but a clean install of the same driver sorted the problem.

Thanks for trying and helping!

This did not work for me. I have three monitors. With 2.4.6 I put the display top to be 1100 so it didn't take up the entire monitor screen. It displayed in the OSB Browser just fine. 3.0.2 only displays what is on the screen. When I put the top of the display at 1100 only what is showing on the monitor screen. Is there a way to put the display in a window?

Hi all,

just to confirm that I was having the same difficulty as Conrad on my Thinkpad T440 which has Intel HD520 graphics. The problem seems to have started on OpenLP 2.9.0 for me (I have been using 2.6.4 previously), and was still there in 3.0.2.

But a reinstall of the Intel graphics drivers (instructions here) fixed it for me, I can explore what's new in 3.0.2 now :-).
