WIN 11 Failure to Save

I have gotten 2.9.4 Portable working in Windows 11. Got almost all the settings working. I am also running MS Beta testing, so that adds some fun.

But here is the issue I ran into when I tried to go live with 2.9.4 in WIN 11. One cannot save the service file!!

I have attached three screen shots with time stamps. The 2.9.4 just cycles through this sequence and the service file is never saved.

I have also attached the log file.

Just a quick follow-up. Saving a service works to system hard drive in a folder I use to share data with all users.

Hence, I have a work around until I find what the permission issue is with the USB drive that is running OPENLP Portable.
