Importing from CCLI SongSelect Crashes the Program

I am using the MAC version. We attempted numerous times to import songs via CCLI SongSelect both at church and at home. It logs into SS fine, but when you search, it crashes and closes.  I have the crash report, if that would help.  I uninstalled, and reinstalled. Same thing happens.

Is that macOS's crash report, or an OpenLP crash report? The macOS one isn't much help, but the OpenLP one usually points us in the right direction.

Also, what are you searching on in SongSelect?

Where do I pull the OpenLP Crash report?  Agnus Dei (Michael W Smith)

It usually shows up in a "Oops, there was a problem" window (it has a big red ladybug on it like the one below). From there you can save the crash report using the "save to file" button. <img src="http://icons.iconarchive.com/icons/oxygen-icons.org/oxygen/64/Status-script-error-icon.png" alt="">

I don't get that. It just closes.

I had a similar problem downloading lyrics to a particular song. I found that it only affected the one song and that the others I wanted to download worked fine. This would suggest either a corruption in the file being downloaded or possibly something as simple as the inclusion of a character the downloader cannot handle?
