Open LP 2.05 and Mac PowerPoint files

Hi all, I really love the program and appreciate all of the development efforts that have been expended on making this a really great application! My question:  Is there a way to get Office 2011 (Mac) PowerPoint files to run within Open LP?  Currently that option is greyed out when I go into preferences. Thanks!

Hi, Currently OpenLP does not work with PowerPoint on Mac, only on Windows. And unfortunately that will not change in the upcoming 2.2 release. We have started implementing it, but it is not yet in a state that is ready. As an alternative you could export your presentation to images or Pdf (which is supported in 2.2) and run them from OpenLP if you wish to run everything from inside OpenLP.
