I was creating a new theme in 2.1.1 with a .png and then .jpeg 800x600, which .jpeg I have done in the previous version and when I got to the end of creating it naming it and clicking finish, it crashed. I started over and called the theme the same thing and it said I already had a theme of that name. So I updated theme images and still not there. I closed out went back in, updated still not there. I created another and same thing. I edited an existing one and now that one shows only the background color, no image. I did run in debug mode and emailed the file. Any help?

I am using Win7. I have found a workaround. After creating the theme and getting to the end where you would hit finish and then it crashes. I opened the data folder and found that the .png image wasn't there so I copied it to the theme folder and also the folder I with the theme name, which was there. I then updated my theme images, edited that theme, updated again and there it was working just fine. Hope this helps.

Yea It Works with the work around but it should not take 5 minutes to create a theme about 30 seconds is normal needs fixed was not there before?

Guys, if OpenLP crashes, or something goes wrong, please give us more information. Short of trying to fiddle around till we encounter a bug that sounds like the one you've vaguely described, it's very difficult to figure out what went wrong. If you see an error window, please copy and paste the error message. That tells us about 10 times more than what you're currently telling us.<br><br>Thanks for the bug reports though, they are enormously helpful.<br>

raoul, I did run in debug mode and reported the information, should I also post the info in the future?

If you can upload your file to something like http://pastebin.com and copy and paste the link here, that would be helpful. Matching you up between here and the support system is a bit of a stretch.<br>
