How to Enable remote?

I am running 2.0.5 I believe, I am not in front of that machine, and the remote option is grayed out. How do I install/enable this module?

Forgot to tell you it is on Windows 7.

Ok I checked tonight and the remote option is not even there now. I recently did the upgrade to 2.0.5 a few weeks ago. My home pc has it and it is not grayed out. I will uninstall and reinstall tomorrow night.

I uninstalled and installed 2.1.1. Still no remote option at all in the configure list. A while back it was there and grayed out but now nothing. Any ideas? Please, really need this for many reasons. <br>

Ok, more issues but the remote is back now. I uninstalled 2.1.1 and reinstalled 2.0.5. When I did, during the setup I noticed that the remote was unchecked. So I checked it and sure enough it is now back. The other issue I will post later after I have had time to create the service in the same version to make sure that is not the problem.

Thanks raoul, but that was the first thing I did. I had the remote at first then it was grayed out then it disappeared. I hope it stays now.
