2 scenarios:
1. Your target machine already has a database and you want to merge the new 600 songs into the target database.
2. Your target machine doesn't have a database yet.

Solution(a solution, but maybe there are more):

1.Start OpenLP on source computer, open: "Tools->Open Data Folder..."
-enter "songs" directory there are a file "songs.sqlite" (that is songs database) and a directory
"audio"
-you will need that "songs.sqlite" (you can rename it because in target machine you will
import it) and entire "audio" directory(here are your audio files which are linked to your
songs) as is.
-start OpenLP on target machine, open: "Tools->Open Data Folder..."
-enter "songs" directory and copy here your "audio" directory from your source machine
(if you can't overwrite directory and all contents close OpenLP and try again)
-select "File->Import->Song"; click "Next"; from "Format:" drop down menu chose "OpenLP2.0";
on "Filename:" field write path to your database from source machine, or browse for it;
click "Next" then "Finish", and there you have your old database+ your new songs with
working audio links

2.Solution for 2nd scenario is much more easier:
-Start OpenLP on source computer, open: "Tools->Open Data Folder..."
-copy entire "songs" directory.
-Start OpenLP on target computer, open: "Tools->Open Data Folder...", close OpenLP
-copy "songs" directory from source computer here on target computer over "songs" directory
-Start OpenLP again, and there are all your songs with working links as you have them in
source computer.

P.S. You can test this with 2 copies of OpenLP Portable (in windows).
