Repeating Slides

<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Would it be possible if there could be an option for shifting the text by several pixels when the same slide is repeated? I keep having personal problem when I run openLP where I cant tell if I changed the slide. If anyone can think of a way to do this already please let me know.</font>

I would just number the slides.  But why do you do you duplicate a slide instead of just leaving it up?

Duplicating slides means you can keep hitting 'next' at the end of every slide without having to think about whether that part is going to be repeated. Useful if it's an unfamiliar song. It works well if the worship team tell the presentation team exactly what verses they're singing including any repeats. The downside is that there are more slides to scroll through in the live view which makes it a bit more difficult to find the right one if the band stray from the plan.<br>

Carl, you don't need to duplicate the slides for this, just put the same slide in the verse order twice, or more!

Phill, you're right, and that's what I meant by duplicating slides. I imagine Felix is doing exactly what you describe but he still wants to know that his keypress has been registered and that he's not running one slide behind. (Just a guess. Maybe he's talking about a different scenario.)<br>
