Future request: Preview items when clicked in Service Manager

Please add the same option as for Media Manager to Service Manager to preview items.This really will help better to control all your media.

If you right-click on an item, there's a preview option. Or are you wanting something different?

Yes, but speed is more importent when you are at service. So intuitively when you click on item in Service Manager expect to see it in Preview.

For you perhaps, but that is not what everyone else wants or expects. We have an option for people to go live immediately on a single click because there are a number of churches who use that feature.We'll log your feature request, but I just wanted to alert you to the fact that what you think is easiest for you is not necessarily the case for everyone else.

For the record, this is the behaviour I was expecting too :-)I think there's an option in the settings that makes the currently selected item in the media manager appear in the preview (it may even be the default behaviour). It seems reasonable that the service items should appear in the same way when they are selected (dependent on a similar option).Speed and consistency are definitely key. In my one service use of OLP (it worked really well!) there were a few other shortcuts that seemed missing (to me at least), like hitting return to add an author to a song, or hitting escape to clear the search bar for the bible or song list. Having to aim the mouse at a small button tends to slow me down. I also didn't seem to be able to drag a PPT directly onto the service list, but had to drag it into the presentation tab of the media manager first.I guess it all depends what you're used to and what software conventions you've been exposed to previously.
